Product Manager Job in Smecorner

Experience & Qualification
2 to 4 years of experience of working in the lending industry (SME lending preferred)
MBA (engineering background is a plus)

Pre-requisite
Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in project ownership and of working in high paced companies/fintech

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and launching different lending products backed by
market insights and competitive analysis
Conduct top-down research to evaluate key emerging themes in SME fintech
Facilitate team input into various stages of product development and manage the cross-functional
implementation of the plan
Engage with customers/end-users to identify critical pain points and latent needs
Providing sales support to the ground teams in geographies
Responsible for managing the insurance partnership and penetration in the company
Defining new processes and documenting of processes related to the loan life-cycle
Driving digital penetration in the organization through various initiatives and projects
Undertaking projects to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective action wherever required
Lead the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and appropriate systems
