Job Summary

Job Descriptions

  • Prime responsibility to ensure and deliver Branch Sales revenue against targets, visible in Sales team being monitored to reach the same.
  • Acquisition and penetration of new accounts to the branch business.
  • Ensure high Customer Satisfaction levels with existing and prospective customers, visible through repeat and referenced business.
  • Responsible for sales for the region.
  • New accounts engagement.
  • Planning for required resources & ensure optimal utilization.
  • MIS & reporting.
  • Continuous monitoring & analysis of city/zone wise, customer wise, product wise sales movement.
  • Identifying underperforming executives to initiate necessary & alternative steps.
  • Analyze & review the market response/ requirements.
  • Ensure Year On Year (YOY) Business growth to our sales people & clients.
  • Develop & Maintain structured database required for business analysis.
  • Manage pre & post exhibition/ awareness show participation.
  • Meet Consultants, Architects, Chartered Accountants, Association Heads, Community Heads, Industrial Estate Heads & Project Management Companies to position our products.
  • Monitor the Activities v/s Productivity of Each Branch.
  • Man management skills.
  • Relationship management.
  • Result oriented with hardcore selling skill
  • Plan and arrange joint events, customer events etc, with existing participants.
  • Manage the human resources of the branch, sustaining high motivation levels, monitoring and guiding performance, identifying areas for training and development, attracting and retaining talent.
  • Carry responsibility for all branch operations and branch profitability.
  • Good communication and presentation skills is a must.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and capable of handling key accounts individually.
  • Should have worked with a team of 3 to 5 direct reporters.
  • Should have been involved in recruitment and development of at least 2 people.
  • Should be willing to work long hours and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills.

Location: : Mumbai/ Across INDIA (we have branches across India i.e. Mumbai, Surat , Ahmedabad, Delhi , Rajkot, Kerala).

Industry: Training.

Qualification: Graduates, Post Graduates - Business Management/ Marketing/ PGDBM.

Experience: 5-8 YEARS

Technical Skills: MSOFFICE PROFECIENCY.

Industry: Service Industry Education and Training, Concept Selling, Training Product, INSURANCE, TELECOM OR ANY DIRECT SALES EXPERIENCE.

General Skills: GOOD ENGLISH-SPEAKING SKILLS, GOOD LISTENING SKILLS, GOOD BODY LANGUAGE.
