Job Summary
Designation / Role: Head - Studio Department: Category Management Location : Delhi Keywords : Studio Manager, Studio, Studio Management Qualification
The candidate would be heading the Studio team of photographers, coordinators and stylists to ensure that all shoots from across the product categories are completed within timelines with the most appropriate and fashionable accessorization and props. The key responsibilities would include Traffic management inflow of requests from category teams and outflow of shot images on time Create guidelines for the shoots for different categories with number and angles of shots Understanding the brands and shoots interacting with category and ensuring that all brands are shot as per the brand positioning on appropriate models and styling Ensuring all briefs are dispatched in the studio based on individuals strengths and skills, Conducting periodical reviews of teams performance with senior management Providing the best possible accessories and outfitting for each garment, Direct hair and makeup for each shoot aligned with the brand positioning Provide structured leadership and direction for photographers, operation managers & styling team including goal setting, reviews, etc. Lead team to organize and maintain Styling wardrobe Guiding graphic team to get best results in terms of post production Managing and operating within budgets allotted for the studio
Qualification : 5-9 years of relevant work experience.
