SnapSeaarch is on an expansion mode currently and is hiring at all the levels into Talent Acquisition and Business Development profiles. We are looking for candidates from Freshers to experienced, seeking a stable career into Recruitment Industry.

Title: Segment Lead

Reporting To: Business Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete management of a Business Segment, including growth and P&L of the division
  • Handle a team of 5-6 Talent Acquisition Specialists and mentor and guide them to meet the Revenue targets
  • A Business Development Manager will also report into this individual and the Lead will work in tandem to meet the BD Targets for the segment
  • Lead will also act as a Client Relationship Manager for the acquired clients and ensure smooth Service Delivery

Performance Indicators:

  • Segment Revenue Target Achievement
  • Number of placements from the Segment
  • Acceptance and rejection % for Segment
  • Submission Turn-around Time

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment + Business Development experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team Handling experience

Office Location

1108, 11Th Floor, Abhishree Adroit, Nr. Sunrise Mall, Mansi Cross Road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Shift Timings:

10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Sat)

2nd and 4th Sat will be off
