As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be crafting content that is digital-ready and manage a team of content marketers. You will not just learn how to write effective content but also market it to a large audience base. Your key aim would be to create and market content for clients across various sectors, to ultimately make them rank organically on leading search engines like Google and Youtube.

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an ability to create innovative content and good guiding and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and goals and crafting customised and creative content marketing solutions for them.
• Collaborating with the SEO team to increase blog traffic and ranking on page one of Google search results.
• Writing various types of content (blogs, video, website, social media) for some of the biggest brands in India.
• Analysing what kind of content is working through Google Analytics
• Conceptualising end to end content marketing strategies for brands of varying sectors including real estate, BFSI, B2B, Retail, Finance, etc
• Learning how to utilise social media advertising to promote content on LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Manage, guide and mentor a team of content marketing specialists.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in website content management
• Fluency in written and spoken English
