Manager - Youtube Channel Growth Job in Social Beat Digital Marketing Llp

Managing the creative and coordination aspects of our in house YouTube channel while interacting with the internal teams along with coordinating with talent and external teams and vendors.

General Knowledge:

• Digital media, social media, and other platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO required.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in:

• Digital space and managing a youtube channel

Platforms:

• Youtube , along with Social Media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and likes

Qualities:

• Great command of English and Tamil
• Passionate about the ad and film world

Responsibilities:

• To track workflow, plan the content calendar, and ensure videos are being uploaded on time on the channel
• To continuously look at how to optimize the channel based on videos performance to increase subscribers and engagement.
• To help with ORM on the YouTube & social channels - responding to the comments made on the videos
• To upload new videos with the given description and video tags
• To upload posts and stories on Facebook and Instagram
• To help with scouting for guests to speak in our monthly webinars
• To help with channel partnerships and ensure videos are being uploaded on time as per the schedule
• To give creative inputs with regards to what topics can be chosen to create videos/ webinars. To give inputs for memes and posts to be uploaded on social platforms
• To manage promotions and live events on the channel
• To measure and report performance of all campaigns and present analytic reports
• A team player with excellent communication skills
