Social Media Analyst Job in Social Matters

We are looking for a Social Media Analyst to administer the social media accounts of our clientele. You will be responsible for managing posts, video content, articles, etc., and responding to followers & Online Reputation Management (ORM).

As a Social Media Analyst, you should be informed of the latest social media trends and digital technologies. Also, you will manage our clients accounts to enhance engagement, followers reach, by implementing new strategies to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions, to achieve the promised marketing goals before the set deadlines.

Ultimately, you should be able to plan social media strategies effectively and manage the clients social media presence, ensuring high web traffic levels and customer engagement.
