Essential Qualities:

1. Keyword Research and Content Strategy: Must have required Skills for Keywords Research and come-up with content suggestions.

2. Onsite Optimization: Should have a strong expertise of onsite optimization with required tags, sitemaps and content.

3. Offsite Promotions:

• Develop link building strategies including directories, Blogs, Articles, Bookmarking and social Media.
• Stay updated with current search engine news and trends.
• Good English Communication skills, both oral and written.

4. Measurement Should know in and out of Google analytics/Webmaster Tools.Analyzingfunnel, goals creation and deductions.
