Job Summary

  • Setup Desktop, Computers, Peripherals, Cameras and test network connections
  • Install and test Desktop software applications
  • Verification of Printers, Desktops, Laptops, Cameras, etc to ensure proper functioning of computer systems
  • Checking of ILS & MPLS functioning
  • Troubleshoot LAN/Telephone Network related issues
  • Telecommunication Management
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal team
  • Barcode Software solution & Barcode Label Printing
  • Network and device monitoring
  • Set up domain accounts and workstations
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
  • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security threat or usability concern
  • Create and verify backups of dataset
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests
  • Install and test computer-related equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ensure systems are secure and protected from breach or viruses
  • Assets Tagging & Management in Spine Assets, Have to maintain all the records (Receipt / Issue / Transfer / Scrap / Etc) Preparation of Voucher & take Printing also
  • Maintain Refilling Cartridge Records ( Each Printer wise Columnar Register Entry Needed, as sample shown)
  • You should be comfortable with current technologies and be aware of new and upcoming technologies
  • You need to know enough about the tools your team is using, to know if they are using them efficiently and know when there are gaps in your teams knowledge.
  • Team member meetings on daily activities and provide a weekly update to HOD
  • Helping developers resolve technical problems as well as trying to make a logical bridge for technical & work flow challenges
  • Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
  • Maintain system efficiency.
  • Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
  • Identify user needs.
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
  • Perform network address assignment.
  • Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
  • Managing of Audio Video System
  • Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance

Other duties as assigned.
