Officer - Quality (packaging) Job in Society Tea

1. In process quality checking including sealing & packing, Printing matter, weights, declaration on laminates as well as defects in laminates make a rejection note.

2. Online parameter deviation so make online non- conformance record & resolve with root cause analysis.

Online training to Quality Team as well as food handlers.

3. Day Start, In process & Final quality check records verify.

4. CCP monitoring, Weighing balance calibration.

5. Product Changeover monitoring.

6. Stacking trials of Boxes.

7. Daily sample collection & monitoring.

8. New improvements on shop floor.

9. Timely issue recording & maintain records.

10. Need to check the issuing Packing material is matched with the Quality standard-Label, Sleeves & Jars are as per the Design and need to match with the Originals.

11. Check the CLD standard weight and printing on the CLD. Check the Stamping details on the CLD as per the batch id. Check the month sticker on the Final BOX & weight of the Final CLD.

12. Monitor Quality of Output

- Identify issues/corrective actions on a real-time basis

- Ensure corrective actions are completed on a timely basis
