Role Overview

We re on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer with 2 3 years of experience someone with strong leadership skills, a sharp design eye, and a passion for storytelling through visuals. If you re ready to lead design thinking and craft scroll-stopping, jaw-dropping creatives, we d love to have you on board.

What You ll Be Doing

• Lead the visual development of creative campaigns for digital and outdoor platforms.
• Collaborate with content strategists and account managers to translate briefs into stunning design solutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of junior designers, offering feedback, inspiration, and aesthetic direction.
• Design brand assets, key visuals, and templates for ongoing projects.
• Brainstorm fresh visual ideas aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Review final outputs and suggest improvements where needed.
• Work across tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and professionalism.
• Stay updated on design trends and their application in commercial environments.

What We re Looking For

• 2 3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a must).
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, and a variety of formats.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and an eye for balanced compositions and typography.
• An understanding of brand identity, social media design, and layout principles.
• A professional, problem-solving mindset with respect to time, cost, and deadlines.
