Requirements Sodel is looking for a Quality Analyst Lead with a passion to assess software quality through manual testing, who will work closely with the development team to ensure to exceed customer expectations and adhere to company standards.. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues Manage and mentor the QA team members Conduct manual and automated testing as needed Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards Continuously improve the QA process and implement best practices Report on quality metrics and provide regular status updates to management Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products Participate in the software release process, including coordinating release notes, user documentation, and training materials Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus Familiarity with software development tools, such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins, is a plus Skills Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
