Job Profile:

The Sales Specialist System Integration role will focus on selling System Integration solutions on Virtualisation, Blade Servers, Engineered Servers, Storage, VOIP, Unified Communications and Wireless Networking. Principal companies with whom we partner in the System Integration portfolio are Apple, Oracle, IBM, HP, Cisco, EMC, Vmware and Citrix.

The Sales Specialist position is a field sales role.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Detailed understanding of Softcell s System Integration portfolio
  • Ability to close orders by sale of single or multiple products from the security portfolio (i.e one principal or a combination of multiple principals).
  • The Specialist is expected to interact with the customer organisation at multiple levels, detail and engage with the customer to create a value proposition
  • Understand the licensing programs of key publishers like Oracle, VMware, Citrix, Cisco, etc. in the SI Space
  • Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities with the target customers.
  • Manage the overall end to end sales process, from lead generation to closure
  • Consistently Maintain and create Sales Lead pipeline
  • Understand and articulate the company s value proposition to the customers.
  • Network with the sales and marketing team of the principal companies.
  • To keep upraised with the vendor product & their certification

Desired Skills :

  • Candidate should have experience of selling to Corporate Customers.
  • Excellent communication & Presentation skills is a prerequisite.
  • Strong negotiation skills
