Typical Targets and Measures
Business Analysis experience in Insurance is required, preferably 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance
Experience with an Agile business analysis process
Strong business focus and management of user expectations, ability to establish and maintain high level of trust and confidence.
Responsible to maintain a healthy work relation with all stakeholders. Engagement to ensure end user satisfaction exceeds the expectation
Exposure to structured software development life cycle methodology
Coordinating with different functions for gathering Business Requirements
Handling all the technology-related items for the business users
Prepare document for the Business flow of the application
Prepare wireframes which is future ready and easy to use
Analyzing and Preparing / Reviewing Business Requirement Document (BRD s) and getting them effectively build in the system
BRD walkthrough and suggestion incorporation
Organizing / debriefing / walk-through sessions with functional leads and/or other designated project personnel s
Validating Functional Specifications, assisting the Business Users in understanding new functionality and obtain functional sign-off
Regular Coordination with technical / development team for all kind of enhancement/modification needed to be done in system (All Technology) after performing gap analysis
Hands on knowledge of Tablets, Web Application/ UI
Customers / Stakeholders [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]
Work closely with Business User and IT Team to understand the project objectives and translate these to a project framework to ensure successful delivery.
To provide timely updates on the projects and activities performed by to PMO
Experience in driving business initiatives to completion using project management principles
To ensure correct information is transmitted between Business Users and IT Team and avoid communication gap.
To keep PMO posted on all activities performed.
Documentation for future reference.
