Job Summary
Responsible for On-Site Installation, Maintenance and Repair of IBM Power systems, IBM
Storage Systems and IBM Intel Systems including the Operating Systems Software
support.
3) They are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware
and/or software support and delivery of services as required by the client for above
equipments.
4) To perform services activities such as systems installation planning, systems-level
problem determination and its repair.
5) Preferred Good technical skills for IBM Systems Like Power Systems, System X Servers
(Lenovo), IBM Blade Center and Mid-range Storage products.
