Job Responsibilities:
Achieve defined monthly / Quarterly/Annual sales target
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, find possible prospects.
To self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling
Setting up appointments and visiting potential customers for new business
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Through training and learning provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to the customers
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Managing both new and existing customer requirements to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs, whilst spotting potential sales opportunities.
Representing TalentOrb and Softenger products at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
