o Hands & Feet onsite support for Server and Storage devices at Customer and IBM managed Data Centers (23 PAN India Circle Locations)
o Provide hands & feet support required for backup operations
o Local Servers Administration
o OS Support of all servers at site.
o Patching of Local Servers.
o Backup & Restoration operations
o Upgrade of OS
o Asset register management of local servers
o Managing files of users in shared folders by daily backups of servers
o Restoration of missed files from the file server as per the user requirement
o Management of security logs in servers as per retention requirement.
o PSM: Media handling Movement to & from fire safe / external site/ register management
o Escorting external Support engineer for hard trouble shooting / replacement /Installation
o Asset management / SHC /MEF/CEP
o Network servers OS & Patch management governance as no access given to IBM / Contract resources.
o Vulnerability closure on local servers
o Build of local servers by following Global Build Process.

o Backup / ETOC / escorting support team visit for hardware installation / Hardware ticket
o Media handling Movement to & from fire safe / external site/ register management
o Monitoring of PAN India Circle tickets and taking action on alerts
o Taking follow up with circles for closures within SLA
Network Server Management (86) On call/onsite support during off hrs., Patching activity after off hrs.
o Security Management for all Servers (including SOC Monitoring)
o Antivirus and Vulnerability Assessment and Patch Management as per Network Server Sow
o Penetration testing as per Network Server Sow
o Server Hardening Process testing as per Network Server Sow
o Ongoing Server Operations support includes the below scope.
OS Management
Monitoring of servers using Tivoli Monitoring tool and server operation.
Patch management and validation as per agreed Security policy.
Backup and Restoration would be done for as is data as per the following:
Service Partner shall carry out a due diligence on the servers, to determine availability of infrastructure for back up and restoration and shall submit a report to the Customer. Customer shall be responsible for providing any additional infrastructure required for the said services.
One-time asset tagging for servers excluding applications residing on these servers.
One Time Supply and implementation of monitoring software.
Software licenses procured, to provide support for existing live servers as per Sow
Hardware Support for limited servers.
Build process completion for Network Server prior to Sysreg registration.
