Job Summary 4-5 strong techies resources urgently for L2 layer manage service support and need to onboard them max by this month end.

Job Descriptions:
Should have 5-8 years of sound exposure into IT S/W services industry and explicitly into Operation manage service sand should able to provide L2+ level technical support
Well versed with PL/SQL on Oracle, PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, Redis DB and Unix / Linux shell scripts
Should have good understanding with devops tools & technologies i.e. kubernette, PODS, Dockers, Radix, Kong Gateway, Jira, Micro services and CI / CD tools
Should have strong Analysis and Troubleshooting skills, to manage System and customer issues around the system
Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
Good to have the Digital domain understanding including Mobile App, Web portal, Self-care
Able to work on multiple application support
Should be comfortable in working in shift and must be a good team player

5 to 6 Years
