Main responsibilities:

  • Designs, builds and owns dashboards, scorecards, and reports that will enable the business to take decisions related to workforce attraction, retention and capability;
  • Develops reports and presentations to summarize data, strategies, and recommendations;
  • Ownership mentality so as to work effectively and quickly;
  • Responsible for support of all HR Analytics requests;
  • Advanced use of Power BI platform;
  • Participate on the discussion and decision of the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) to be adopted by the company;
  • Manage the implementation of the HRMS, defining the requirements of each module (employment data, training, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payments);
  • Coordinate with the technology team development and implementation of necessary changes and adaptations according to locations (30+ different locations across the globe);
  • Management of the HR data on the HRMS with strict collaboration with the HR Business Partners;
  • Development of HR analytics methods, models and projections; to include analytics of turnover, absenteeism, talent acquisition, people development and people planning;
  • Collaborates across HR to identify interventions and strategies to close gaps.
Essential qualifications:
  • 3+ years of prior experience in the HR Analytics field in a multi-national environment;
  • Excel Advanced user;
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Fluent English;
  • Project Management Skills;
  • Certification with Power BI Platform.
