Job Summary

A customer success role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships between a company and its customers, with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The following are typical responsibilities and duties of a customer success professional.

In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the Requirements and plan the implementation.
  • Perform validation and verification testing.
  • Showcase your work to stakeholders and clients.
  • Handling various types and domains of the clients
  • Keeping all the client s required data upto the mark

Requirements

  • Build relationships with customers: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication, including email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Onboard new customers: Work closely with new customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process, providing training and support as needed.
  • Monitor customer usage: Track and analyze customer usage of products or services to identify opportunities to increase engagement and usage.
  • Troubleshoot issues: Address any technical or non-technical issues that customers encounter and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide product knowledge: Serve as a product expert and provide customers with guidance on best practices and strategies to optimize their usage of the product.
  • Conduct customer feedback sessions: Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the product and engineering teams to improve product offerings.
  • Advocate for the customer: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring that they are prioritized.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets: Achieve or exceed customer success goals, such as customer retention, upsell, and revenue targets.
  • Ideal Experience: Experience in handling US, Australian or UK clients
  • Should have experience in Sales Background, B2B, B2C.
  • Should have experience in account handling.
