Primary Purpose

Career-defining role available with Tier 1 Blue Chip Australian Client

This role is responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining test suite specific to enterprise integration and EDI. The role will play an integral role, under variety of project and software development methodologies including waterfall, iterative, incremental, and agile, collaboratively ensuring the conversion of business requirements into successful test outcomes.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Work closely with key team members in the integration project planning, development, and execution of tests, including key components such as test scenarios, scripts, issues/defect capture logs and test data.
• Analyze defects and troubleshoot them accordingly and identify root causes.
• Monitor, investigate and report on quality issues, including assistance with triage and issue diagnosis.
• Own and maintain test plans and test cases, document test result executed during a projects testing lifecycle and post implementation.
• Develop, document, monitor and improve functional and non-functional testing processes and procedures.
• Participate in development sprints, stand-up meetings, and project-related meetings, as required.

Key Attributes

• Experience testing in a multisystem environment and working with interdependencies.
• Experience in integration unit test, system integration test, load test and supporting user acceptance test; Exposure to API testing is desirable.
• Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy ability to transform end-user requirements into system and end user test cases.
• Experience developing integration test plan, procedures, and test cases for development sprints in Azure DevOps.
• Attention to detail and experienced in creating, detailing, and maintaining defects.
• Prior experience in Agile work model is highly desirable.
