Job Summary

We are looking for 4+ years of experienced Motion graphic designerto develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.You will work with Tech Leadership to implement complex solutions with Modern architecture and design patterns.

In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.This role requires upskilling in Modern architecture, tech stack and Design patterns, being agile and quick learner will be key for this role.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the Requirements and plan the implementation.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Implement Test driven code for your tasks.
• Collaborate withDevopsteam for CI/CD and deployment.
• Perform validation and verification testing.
• Showcase your work to stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
• Upskilled in the implementation with Modern architecture and design patterns.

Requirements

• Conceptualize, design, and create motion graphics, animation and visual effects for a variety of digital media projects, including social media content, websites, presentations, and videos.
• Work collaboratively with clients and creative teams to develop concepts and create content that meets the project s goals and objectives.
• Develop storyboards, mood boards, and other visual aids to communicate design concepts and creative direction.
• Create and edit video footage, sound, and other multimedia elements to create a polished and engaging final product.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in motion graphics design and use this knowledge to inform your work.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other designers, animators, and production teams to ensure that project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications for a motion graphics designer typically include:

• A degree or diploma in motion graphics design, graphic design, animation, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Cinema 4D, and other motion graphics and video editing software.
• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates a range of motion graphics design skills and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work creatively within project constraints.
