Sr. Business Analyst Job in Softprodigy

Business Analysts will join our project team and work alongside other business analysts, software designers, developers & quality analysts. Business Analyst will be the imperative link between our software development team, business stakeholders, and Clients by supporting & ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of the client project/product.

Foremost responsibilities will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the Client's business requirements and process flows and translate them into comprehensive, accurate, quality software requirements.

Gather and analyze the project's business requirements and convey them to the Software Development team.

Extensive experience with Agile technologies.

Prepare accurate and detailed BRD, FRD/FRS, SRS, User guides, and functional Specification documents.

Wireframing Tools: Balsamiq, Wireframe sketcher, Invision & prototype.

Mind mapping tools such as Miro, Canva, Mind mup, etc to brainstorm, plan projects, map out information architecture, create org charts, create DFDs and develop strategies.

Well-versed with project management tools such as Jira, Trello

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Work closely with the product design & development team to analyze and design functional enhancements.

Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Performing user acceptance testing

Skills Required

Bachelor/masters degree in Information Technology/computer science or related field or an MBA (full time)

A minimum of 4-6 years experience as a IT business analyst

Ability to build & maintain strong relationships with all internal & external client stakeholders.

Ability to obtain requirements, identify solutions & complete requirement documentation

Ability to define intelligent solutions and clearly manage client expectations

Ability to take ownership of a client from initiation to go live, through business process mapping, requirements analysis, UAT, go live support.

Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and analytical & conceptual thinking skills
