Position Title: Staffing Delivery Manager

Experience: Must have proven experience of 10-15 years in Staffing Department

Working for IT and/or staffing industries in India is preferable.

• We are looking for someone who is expert in client engagement.
• Should interact with the BD's and Recruitment staffing Teams.
• Should be able to Interact with the client POC regularly.
• Handling Review meetings, assessing the team performance.
• Reporting and Presentations Preparing Management Reports, Client Reports, Performance Review Reports.
• Good Knowledge on HR Operations and payroll.
