We are looking to add a HubSpot CMS Developer to our team who brings HubSpot CMS expertise and a deep understanding of HubSpot's APIs, integrations, and development tools to the table. They will be responsible for customizing, optimizing, and extending the functionality of the HubSpot platform to meet specific business.

Essential to have skills (in HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript as well as a good eye for aesthetics understanding element placements on the screen, colors, fonts, brand identity, attention to detail, and so on. Having a great understanding of the entire web development process, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment with experience in responsive (mobile-first approach) and adaptive design is required.

Responsibilities of a HubSpot Developer:

• Development of websites, landing pages, custom modules, themes, and templates in HubSpot CMS

• Implementing new HubSpot CMS features and functionality

• Managing all technical aspects of the CMS - Connecting domains/subdomains, migrating blogs to HubSpot from other CMSs

• Implementing Hubl, HubDB.

• Work with client teams to understand their CMS requirements

• Creating email templates and contact forms

• Working experience with HubSpot APIs

• Integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems, such as CRM platforms, marketing automation, and third-party applications, using APIs and webhook integrations.

• Workflow Automation: Develop complex workflows and automations using HubSpot's workflow builder to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Personalization and Dynamic Content: Implement dynamic content using HubSpot's personalization tokens to deliver tailored experiences to website visitors and email recipients.

• Data Migration and Management: Assist in migrating data from external systems into HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the process.

• Analytics and Reporting Customization: Customize dashboards and reporting tools to provide in-depth insights into marketing and sales performance within the HubSpot platform.

• Chatbots and Automation: Develop and deploy chatbots and automated messaging systems using HubSpot Conversations to enhance customer interactions.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance to resolve issues related to HubSpot integrations, customization, and development.

• Training and Documentation: Create documentation and provide training to non-technical team members on using customized HubSpot features and tools.

• Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and best practices to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with HubL (HubSpot's template language).

• HubSpot Platform Expertise: Understanding of the HubSpot platform, including CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, as well as the associated APIs.

• APIs and Integrations: Strong knowledge of API integration techniques, webhooks, and third-party integrations to connect HubSpot with external systems.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify complex business challenges and develop technical solutions within the HubSpot ecosystem.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in implementing customizations and integrations to avoid technical issues.

• Communication Skills: Effective communication to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Ability to listen to the requirements of team members and clients and translate them into great solutions.

• Deep understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax/Fetch API, jQuery and commonly used JS plugins

• Experience in building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications

• Experience in designing and developing responsive websites in HubSpot COS/CMS Hub

• Comfortable working with debugging tools

• Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages
