Responsibilities

PR

Coordinate all public relations activities

Produce and manage press releases and reach for coverage across Print, Broadcast and online media.

Produce written content for Digital Marketing and Social Media.

Create content for marketing promotion, byline articles and keynote presentations

Preparing media kits and organizing press conferences.

Organizing PR for promotional activities, Brand Activation and Launch events.

Manage media inquiries and interview requests for the brands that we manage.

Develop media relations, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media

Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

Planning publicity strategies and campaigns

Analyzing media coverage

Monitor, analyze and communicate PR campaigns progress / PR results.

Crisis Management: Release information to counter negative publicity and handle crisis and emergency communications.

The candidate must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have working knowledge of industry standard applications.

Marketing

Assist the agency head in marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.

Drive social media efforts to engage audiences across traditional and new media

Identify promotional opportunities for clients / Brands.

Undertake relevant market research.

Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

Other tasks include:

Liasoning with the Creative Team to produce presentations, articles, leaflets, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites and promotional videos.

The position may require to field media questions and pitch stories to the media.

May be required to represent our organisation publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations.
