Role:
The BE is a leader of a business unit/territory (Branches & or STLs), He is like a 'mini distributor' responsible for planning, deploying and executing joint business plans 8 building organization capability. He will execute the distributor strategies to deliver sales, resale fundamentals. Like P8C district manager to a country, Business execu tive will be to a distributor

Responsibility:
As an owner of the business unit he will be accountable for accurate and timely availability of data and information necessary in making right business plans and decisions.He will be instrumental in achieving the Distributor's Vision, by ensuring sustainable and profitable operations. The BE will achieve all of this by LEADINC/MANAGNG 8 MOTIVATING a high performance organization.

Requirements
Education
Post Graduate /Graduate + Diploma in sales/ marketing/ 1st class Graduate, Working knowledge of Computers
Experience
8 -10 years of relevant experience (will be relaxed for PC), must have experience in a Leadership
