Job Summary

Role:
Front line sales leader for a defined territory. Executioner of the company and distributor business plans, Training resource for his/her Re-sale team (Sales executive, Merchandiser 8 Driver).

Responsibility
STL is responsible for business plans delivery and sales fundamentals results for his/her team (team of Sales executives & Merchandisers) and assigned territory/area, responsible for quality execution of initiatives. In addition he/she is responsible for identifying development areas for the Sales Executives, preparing a training calendar and imparting in-market/ class-room training.

Requirements
Education
Post Graduates or Graduates in any discipline (Engineers not preferred), Working knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Experience
About - 5 years of sales work experience

Language
English & Fluency in local language

Keg Criteria
High Initiative & Follow through skills, Persuasive Communication skills, Strong Leadership skills and exceptional maturity levels; white collar, lower middle class (needy) background, negligible power of influence, non - unionized environment. Age not more than 30 years.
