Hr Executive Job in Solguruz

We are looking for an HR executive with 1 year minimum experience working in any software development company.

Role will include supporting the company in the following areas:

• Recruitment
• Employee engagement activities
• Performance appraisal process
• Training & development activities
• HR operations / administration
• Developing own network of suitable candidates. Handling of administration and record-keeping. Working with the organization to develop a recruitment plan. Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

Note:

Candidate must be based out of Gujarat and must have worked in any software development company.
