Hr Executive Job in Solguruz
Job Summary
We are looking for an HR executive with 1 year minimum experience working in any software development company.
Role will include supporting the company in the following areas:
- Recruitment
- Employee engagement activities
- Performance appraisal process
- Training & development activities
- HR operations / administration
- Developing own network of suitable candidates. Handling of administration and record-keeping. Working with the organization to develop a recruitment plan. Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Note:
Candidate must be based out of Gujarat and must have worked in any software development company.
