Position:Scrum Master JAVA Full Time 6 to 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• As a ScrumMaster, you are responsible forfacilitatingmultiple Scrum teams.
• Youwill beaccountable for removing impediments to the teams to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables.

• You are expected to ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended.
• You will possess the abilityto handleprojects ofincreased complexity andmanageteams;you will leadat least 1- 2 Scrum teamsandensurethe teams deliver projects as stipulated.
• You willcommunicatewith clients and stakeholders totestclient requirementseffectively.
• You willcreateinformativedashboards as per business requirements.

Education and Required Experience:

• Agile-Scrumexperience.
• Abackground of Java-J2EE/DevOps.
• AbilitytomanageScrum frameworksasaScrumMasterforvariousteams.
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and project management teams to ensure.
• proper requirementshavebeen gathered and analyzed fordeveloping reports.

• Strongcommunicationand peopleskills; should be able tointeract withthestrategicdevelopmentteam,business analysts,andmanagerseffectivelyto analyze business needs and developed technical specifications.

• Proper schedulingofreports and validation.
