• Managing QC and UAT for each projects and ensuring deliverables as per scope
  
• Making test plan, use cases for project testing
  
• Ensure that test cases are created, adopted by developer before development
  
• Ensure that test cases are executed by developer before QA release
  
• Generating clearance certificate for project
  
• Collaborate with Development team to ensure timely delivery
  
• Managing QC Docs repository of project on PMS.
  
• Supporting other team members
  
• Supporting HR team with feedback of team members / developers
  
• Bringing new methods, automation in testing and update QA departments knowledge
  

• Effectively manage internal as well as client communication
  
• Managing good environment in the company
  
• QC of own work [Perform Unit Testing of work done]
