Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with clients for cross selling.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Responsible for Lead generation, appointment setting and maintaining databases.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong initiative, creativity, collaboration, Self-Reliant and passion to learn.
  • Excellent and confident interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to portray a strong professional image
  • A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing his/her business
  • A hunter sales mentality, excellent prospecting skills
  • Possess excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail

Skills and Qualification

  • Any bachelor degree / MBA Freshers can apply
  • 1+ Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition
  • Good communication, written and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in Sales; selling preferably in a Technology Company is an added advantage
  • Knowledge about building proposals
  • Knowledge about using Excel and PowerPoint to build reports, presentation and charts
