Job Summary
  • Will be covering whole states.
  • Responsible for achieving assigned TGT including product wise target.
  • Consistent sales performance, customer coverage and customer satisfaction.
  • Efficient use and deployment of resources so as to minimize field expenses with optimizing value and liaising with SS & Stockiest.
  • Overseeing effective application of sales promotion strategies.
  • Developing relation with KOLs and should have strong hold on KOLs.
  • Identifying initiatives and opportunities for development of territory and extracting maximum customer potential.
  • Exercise, checks and controls effectively, for disciplined performance.
  • Should be able to perform independently.
  • Customer focus, making customers and their needs primary focus of one s actions, sustaining productive customer relationship.
  • Planning organizing managing territory & ensure coverage in logical and economical manner, spending time on priority goals and areas of opportunity.
  • Persuasiveness / Sales ability using appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods.
  • Tenacity staying with a position or plan of action until the desired objective is achieved or is no longer reasonably attainable.
  • Initiate and make active attempts to influence customers to achieve goals, self-starter and proactive decision maker.
  • Excellent communication skills to presents ideas clearly, actively listen and comprehend.
  • Demonstrates independent ability to handle routine and possession of positive mental outlook.
