Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing - Marketing Sales & Operations from the back end.

Knowledge & skills working with Digital Agency.

Coordinating/ Tracking/ Follow-up/ with internal & external customers.

Comfortable with handling correspondence in and out of the company.

Ability to get desiredoutput from customers and own companyemployees.

Should have Excellent knowledge of different platforms of social media.

The candidate must have experience in Demonstrating Functional Activities to clients/prospective clients.

Handson Experience to prepare PPTs.

Evaluating the customer s requirement by following the Somnetics standards to provide the best solutions.

Needs to be aware of business processes so as to be able to go to the right person to get a task completed, should have a keen eye for detail.

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Manage CEO calendars and set up meetings.

Take minutes during meetings.

Should be able to handle the Managing Director s office -organizing meetings and necessary logistics, compiling minutes, and filing to complete actions.

Desired candidate eligibility criteria :

Get the work-done attitude.

Should have Education B.Sc./ BTech/Technical Diploma.

Must beFlexible to perform multiple roles.

Should have working knowledge & skills with Digital Agency.

Strong Technical Background is mandatory.

Hands-on Experience in customer-facing Technology Consulting.

Desired candidate skills required :

Good working and hands-on knowledge of MS Office tools, the Internet, Email, and ERP.

Ability to work independently.

Excellentcommunication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

Respect for time.

Pleasing personality.

Curiosity and drive to learn new skills.

The skill and art ofgenerating leads.

Must beFlexible to perform multiple roles.
