Job Summary

Candidate will be responsible for :

Will be responsible & for providing guidance to team members and addressing performance issues if any arise.

Conducting performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting company standards.

Set goals, and develop plans for revenue growth.

Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Maintains equipment by evaluating and installing equipment; developing preventive maintenance programs; calling for repairs; and evaluating and implementing upgrades.

Meets all financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing a budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.

Managing a team of process associates to ensure that client satisfaction is met or exceeded at all times.

Analyzing data to identify trends in customer needs or behavior patterns that may require changes to business processes.

Developing and implementing new processes or procedures to improve efficiency or quality of service.

Coordinating with all international Clients on a regular basis & and maintaining excellent business relationships.

This is a full-time hybrid role.

Eligibility Required :

Previous experience in an e-commerce back-office role is preferred.

Strong computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Bachelor's Degree.

Availability to work night shifts is mandatory.
