Job Summary
  • Responsible for all functions including establishing & augmenting overall sales infrastructure, Top line (turnover) and Bottom line(contribution).
  • Responsible for Network expansion specific to the vertical, adding more franchises and special tie-ups to promote the verticals.
  • Management of channel Partners.
  • Responsible for launching various products/sizes & executing various dealer schemes for augmenting business volume & profitability.
  • Taking up quality related complaints and issues with technical team/vendors based on the market feedback.
  • Gathering information on competitor activities related to the vertical and planning counter strategy.
  • Responsible for strategic business calls, product enhancement/rationalization, price & schemes.
  • To build a strong core team, with time to time new recruits and special training programs.
  • Reviewing and appraising KRA/KPIs for vertical specific team at regular interval.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the Plant production Team, Dispatch, Sales Strategy Operation and sales Account Team for smoothing the overall sales operations in Kerala.
  • Planning and executing all BTL activities.
  • Responsible for Showroom Expansion of the state.
  • Responsible for product appearance and supply in various retail outlets in time.

Qualification :
Any graduate or post graduate
Experience Required :

Minimum 15 Years
