Job Summary

Key Responsibility:

  • To achieve sales targets through direct and indirect channels.
  • To conduct site visits as per specified norms.
  • Network coverage through effective gap town & sub town mapping.
  • To effectively negotiate and finalize sales price and discounts in consultation with respective state/ division/ vertical heads and ensures account receivables are within agreed company norms.
  • To ensure service quality in his respective territory.
  • To ensure availability of the latest samples at the point of sale.
  • To submit daily report on CRM portal.

Candidate Background:

  • 2-7 years of experience in retail sales in ceramics industry
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
  • Strong dealer network in similar geographical area
  • Ability to build new clients and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients
  • Aggressive and self-motivated individual, eager to learn and grow
  • Job stability stayed for at least 2 years in an organization

Qualification :
Any graduate or post graduate
Experience Required :

2 to 7 Years
