JobResponsibilities:
Establish internal systems, controls & procedures for financial & accounting system to achieve the Company objectives. You should ensure proper accounting of all business transactions including Veterinary department. You will responsible for finalization of accounts on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis. You will responsible for Liaising with external auditors for the annual audit & Internal Audit. You will responsible for Preparation of statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenue. You will responsible for assigning work and direct staff to ensure Compliance and Accuracy. You should ensure preparation and filing of returns for GST, INCOME TAX and other forms of taxes. The above will include the completion of annual assessment before government tax authorities. You will also deal with tax consultants in order to carry out any specific assignment /requirement related to Indirect Tax You will assist CFO in cost reduction for all the expenses booked in profit and loss account. Preparation of MIS Report format as per requirement of the Management.
