Job Summary
CX & Retail Lead /junior PM with 8 to 12 years experience in below areas, To coordinate various CX assignments / mini-projects and implementation activities, internally and with clients To manage CX assignments / mini-projects To support on CX POCs, POVs and proposals Manage team deliverables on a daily basis, ensure accurate, timely completion across projects Coordinate and manage work with the tech team as needed, for various assignments Some experience in coordinating or managing teams Some experience working in IT implementation or customization projects in any Marketing domain and/or Customer Service / Customer support domain Need functional domain experience in Retail OR Distribution OR Customer Services/support OR Financial services
