R&d Technical Product Owner- Mainframe Job in Sopra Banking Software

Experience: 8-11 years

Must have Banking Domain knowledge and Experience.

Must have good debugging skills and problem solving techniques.

Good knowledge of AGILE methodology (Scrum/KANBAN).

Must have very good experience in COBOL (Unix).

Must have experience in execution of database queries.

Must be able to create Unit/System/Regression test plan/results.

Must have good exposure of writing HLDs and Technical specifications.

Review the developments done by the team members and suggest appropriate amendments to ensure the quality.

Should possess excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) Skills.

Should be able to groom oneself and the team members to meet the challenging expectations.

Basic knowledge of scripting (shell script/VB script).

Knowledge on European Regulatory requirements and European banking system will be an added advantage.

Good Team player & experience in collaborative working with multiple teams.

Should be able to lead a small team and work with them on different aspects (delivery, career progression, quality, etc.).

Working experience in Payments/ Bank Management/ Deposits Domain is a must.
