Bd Manager- Loan Services Job in Sorigin Group

Position Summary/Job Purpose: Sorigin Financial services is in the process of establishing a team to take care of the Debt Management in RE sector specially Solar and Solar Park developments. Under Solar marketplace, Sorigin shall have pre tie up with Banks, NBFCs, FIs, Fintech companies and connect them with customers who need funding for their RE projects. We are looking for candidate who will be managing lender relationship with Domestic Banks and NBFCs for getting the loan sanction. Technical / Functional / Domain Skills require: 1. Candidate should have 5-10 years of business development experince in RE Sector. 2. Candidate having exp in BFSI sector specifically in deal origination is desierable 3. Hands-on and capable to managing the transactions independently 4. Experience in handling Fund Based and Non-Fund Based facilities 5. Understanding of the sector dynamics in Financial Services & Renewable Energy 6. Successful track record of closing debt / fund raising transactions 7. Fair understanding of debt deal life cycles 8. Fair knowledge of legal and financial structures.
