Product /placement Specialist General Insurance Job in Sorigin Group

Position Summary/Job Purpose: Sorigin Financial Services is in the process of establishing a General Insurance Broking Company and are looking to identify, evaluate and provide employment opportunity to deserving and dedicated resources. Candidates shall be evaluated essentially as the ones who would show passion for the roles & responsibilities and challenge themselves to recommend and develop products as per the risk profile of the customer and support customers with relevant, required products and services. He/ She must have the skills and be ready to take along with the team, internal and external stakeholders to attend to the insurance and risk mitigation needs of the target customers effectively and efficiently. Technical / Functional / Domain Skills require: 1. Candidate should have 6-9 years of experience as a product/placement specialist in the General Insurance Sector. 2. Candidate having knowledge of the RE Landscape is desirable. 3. Exceptional understanding of Insurance products in the GI and Life domain. 4. Experience in delivering Client Focused Solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships with demand and supply stakeholders. 5. Ability to balance priorities to meet the changing business needs independently. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complexity in a fast-paced business environment. 7. Must be a team player with a focus on engagement and collaboration. 8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
