Job Summary
As a BI Developer, your typical day might include:
Analytics Capability Development
Planning and executing the development of analytics solutions in line with the Analytics Roadmap. This includes working
from initial design to data sourcing/cleansing, model development/validation, implementation, prototyping and testing
Utilising data mining techniques coupled with operational understanding, highlight opportunities for further investigation
Willingness to learn new techniques proactively with a clear focus on how this can be used to help Fleet
Assisting on Stakeholder Management & Communication
Working closely with stakeholders and end users to understand domain knowledge and determining how best to deliver
actionable results
Assisting on building dashboards and drawing ad-hoc data insight in a simple to understand way
Team Working
Working collaboratively with the rest of the IT team members based onshore and offshore to develop solutions
delivered are high-quality and easy-to-support
Building analytics capability and understanding across Fleet Management by being able to explain in simple terms what
you are working on and how it helps operational targets
