Job Summary
Responsibilities include
Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, quality, and customer-service standards, identifying and resolving problems, determining system improvements and implements change
Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring services
At the outset of the project, test leaders, in collaboration with the other stakeholders, devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans
They recognize when test automation is appropriate and, if it is, they plan the effort, select the tools. They may consult with other groups e.g., programmers to help them with their testing
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
They ensure proper configuration management of the tests were produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis
The developer need to understand the team goals and perform the development activities as agreed
The development artefacts produced should be of high quality both in terms of coding standards and functional deliveries
Should be always available with the team to ensure the team goals are met.
Area of Expertise :
Web based testing
Middle-ware testing using SOAP-UI or any other tool
Should have knowledge on any test management tool
Knowledge of Testing framework - NUnit is a plus
Manual Testing
Knowledge of AWS services is a plus

Experience:
Relevant Experience should be 6-8 years
Location:
