Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all Amazon marketplace strategies, including product listings.
  • Optimize product catalog, including updating prices, product images, product descriptions, and associated content.
  • Setting up and managing Amazon Ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for all assigned accounts weekly.
  • Updating the client weekly with updates, recommendations, and insights.
  • Day-to-day tasks across e-commerce platforms, specifically: Amazon Seller Central.
  • Maintain data integrity across Amazon channels.
  • Set up and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brand, and Product ASIN Targeting in Amazon Advertising (AA).
  • Ensure product launches and special promotions are executed properly and effectively.
  • Upload, organize, and create ads for Amazon
  • Create EBC and A+ content.
  • Identify opportunities to improve site speed performance.
  • Develop appropriate content with search keywords to ensure organic search performance.
  • Analyze and report on Amazon performance metrics weekly.
  • Strategically manage and maintain a catalog of ASINs across various categories
  • Identify opportunities through product detail page optimizations, perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase page views, improve conversions, increase sales and launch new products
  • Analyze data and provide weekly reports and insight across managed ASINs
  • Create reports to assist in the analysis of sales data
  • Perform keyword discovery and competitor analysis to aid paid search strategy
  • Daily monitoring and analysis of all advertising campaigns
  • Deep dive into analytics data to form the basis of campaign strategies and optimization
  • Excellent communication, documentation, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in managing Amazon PPC (Pay per click) advertising & optimization
  • Identifying and resolving listing errors.
  • Keeping an open dialog with vendors about Amazon changes and listing edits.
  • Staying current on Vendor Central changes.
  • Managing FBA and FBM inventory.
  • Sending pricing violations to vendors.
  • Making sure all products are in compliance with vendors pricing structures. Customer communications, both inquires and returns.
