Job Summary

Job Summary :

This position will be responsible for a specific Operations Department managing global day-to-day operating activities, product and service delivery, Turn Times, SLA Adherence, revenue recognition and growth; expense, cost and margin control, monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management, group profitability, customer interaction and efficiency and efficacy metrics

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

  • Knowledge in US mortgage business
  • Over 7 years banking or financial services experience or related industry experience. Sufficient experience, including supervisory experience, to maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization and business and handle problems and issues that arise, and solve problems without precedents or guidelines
  • Self-starter, Good people management skills, Good negotiating skills, good discipline, knowledge of product and process expertise
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and policies and procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate information, including responding to questions, to Sr. Management, team members and/or customers one-on-one or in groups
  • Responsibilities :

    Strategic

  • Manage BU operations to meet revenue budget and other financial goals
  • Manage BU operations to meet customer expectations
  • Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives
  • Manages the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the business unit.
  • Establishes the performance goals, allocate resources
  • Demonstrates successful execution of department strategies for products and services.
  • Operational

  • Responsible for the growth and control of the company s Business Unit P&L s.
  • Day to day management and oversight of the Business Unit s functioning out of the India operating center
  • Running the Center of Excellence delivery ops for production across India.
  • Maintaining client Service Level Agreement Standards (SLA s) & client satisfaction
  • Work with Operations and Relationship Managers to identify client needs and implement processes and procedures to meet the client needs.
  • Assess technology needs related to the management, service and quality measurements and related reporting capabilities for internal and customer use
  • Maintain internal policy and procedures for the management
  • Communicate policies, procedures and industry changes to Affiliate Network.
  • Review and suggest computer system improvements to technical staff and work to implement.
  • Implement internal and external procedures and continually update processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, efficiency at the lowest cost.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reviews, coaching and discipline when necessary.
  • Hire, train, develop and motivate staff.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
  • Education Qualifications:

  • HSC Mandatory
  • Bachelor s Degree (Mandatory)
  • Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-8 years of work experience in Mortgage Business
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Willingness to work in Night Shifts
  • Willingness to work on weekends based on Client requirement
  • Experience Required :
