Job Summary
Currently, We are looking for the Telecaller in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Job Description :
  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers regularly.
  • Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
Minimum Requirements :
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Work experience as a Telecaller.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Hard-working individual.
  • Good time management abilities.

Salary Offered:
  • Between 15k - 20k pm Max (Depending on the Experience, Performance, and Competency level of the candidates)
  • Relevant Experience: 6 Months Plus
  • Job Location: HSR Layout - Bangalore
  • Qualification: Any
  • Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi
  • Gender: Female
  • Office Timing: 10 am - 6.30 pm

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Telecaller skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in HSR Layout - Bangalore

Required - Good command over English, Kannada, Hindi
