Job Description:

• Experience in end to end recruitment, preferably from IT sector
• Experienced in handling job posting over job portals, social media and other channels
• Assist HR team in implementing HR policies
• Coordinate with the other teams and gather requirements for recruitment
• Manage onboarding and induction of new hires
• Coordinate with the respective teams for training activities
• Experience in handling employee engagement activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Master Degree in MBA
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with a positive attitude
• Good presentation skills
• Knowledge in preparing PPTs and HR Reports
• A Great team player
