Job Summary
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5 years as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or software development company, with a focus on mobile apps, websites, and custom software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt and apply the appropriate methodology based on project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure and in complex situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, website development, and custom software development.
  • PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.

B.Tech/MCA/BCA
