Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Partnering with Hiring Managers/Business heads to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy, by understand hiring requirements, talent request briefing/Intake sessions setting realistic expectations and education on the end to end hiring process
Develop strong sourcing strategies resulting in pipelines that meet our aggressive hiring goals
Manage the recruiting pipeline, with timely status updates, coordinating recruiting events and , assessing, and managing employee referral applications
Own the full recruitment life cycle, engage applicants from the screening process through interview coordination to offer negotiation.
Making sure that targets are aligned, ensuring sourcing channel mix, and meeting quarterly onboarding targets to as committed to business stakeholder.
Establish relationships with client groups to understand their strategic objectives and challenges and use that information to attract quality candidates.
Ensuring response in a timely manner to candidates and stakeholders.
Work effectively with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires


Required skills and experience:

6 10 years of experience in Technical recruitment, with Bachelor s degree (Minimum) with excellent business communication skills
Experience in recruiting for software engineering roles and technology product engineering roles, across all levels with strong technical skills understanding.
Hands on skills in talent sourcing, interview, assessment and selection experience.
Good relationship and consultative skills Working with candidates, hiring managers and other key business partners.
Experience in managing employee referral applicants, and tracking application from other sources.
Must be ready to work on target driven environment.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
Experience Required :

5 to 12 Years
